About Us

Spokane locals. Straight answers.

We're a husband-and-wife operation that's been taking care of properties around Spokane since 2021. Stump work is what this side of the business does, and it's all it does.

Our Story

Built by people who live here

Jeff and Tiffany are both Spokane natives. They started working on properties around the area in 2021 with a simple idea: give neighbors straightforward, reliable outdoor care and don't complicate it.

Stump grinding grew out of that work. A stump is the leftover nobody wants to deal with — it's in the way of the fence you're building, the grass you're trying to grow, or the mower you'd rather not wreck. Getting one out cleanly takes the right machine for the access you've got and somebody who cares what the yard looks like when the trailer pulls away.

So we set this up as its own thing. Same people, same standards, one job.

What We Stand On

Three things we don't bend on

Transparency

No hidden fees and no unknowns going into your project. You get the scope and the price in writing, and that's the number.

Innovation

We keep looking for better ways to do the work — the right machine for the access, the right technique for the soil we're in.

Professionalism

Uniformed crew, safety and environmental standards followed, and follow-up after the job to make sure the result held up.

How We Work

Look first, then grind

Our approach on every property has always been the same: find the cause, fix it for good. On stump work that means looking at the actual stump before quoting it.

We diagnose before we quote

Diameter at grade, root spread, what's buried nearby, and how the machine gets in. Guessing at those is how a job goes sideways halfway through.

The plan fits your property and budget

Grind it and leave the chips, or haul everything and backfill with topsoil. We'll tell you which one your project actually needs.

We prevent the return problem

Grinding deep enough for what's going in that spot, and backfilling so the ground doesn't sink on you next season.

We follow up

A walkthrough at the end if you're home, and a check-in after to make sure the finished grade settled the way it should.

We know the seasons here

Inland Northwest soil, frost timing, and what a basalt shelf under a stump feels like. Local isn't a marketing word for us.

We do what we said

If something on site genuinely changes the job, we stop and call you. You won't get a surprise invoice at the end.
